What’s your return policy? 

Due to the nature of our business and the product we sell, items are not returnable, or exchangeable, but we do offer a store credit for up to 14 days after purchase. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@rbherbalessentials.com.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@rbherbalessentials.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Can I exchange an item for a different?

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
